Superannuation fund VicSuper has named Merran Kelsall as the newest member of its board, as well as the chair of VicSuper’s audit, compliance and risk committee.

Ms Kelsall has a wealth of experience in the finance, audit and risk sectors, and has chaired a number of boards and committees in the past.

VicSuper chairman Bruce Hartnett said he was thrilled with the appointment, and at the same time acknowledged outgoing board member Stan Odachowski.

“[Ms Kelsall] brings with her a wealth of experience, having served on numerous boards in both the private and public sectors. I’d also like to thank Stan for his time on the VicSuper board and wish him well for his future endeavours,” he said.
