Mr O’Gorman was previously managing director of Round Tower Solutions, a boutique consultancy focused on investment governance, process improvement and product management, according to a statement by Towers Watson.
He holds a master’s degree in business studies and a bachelor of commerce degree from the University College Dublin, the statement said.
