Praemium’s platform funds under administration remain above $32 billion despite global volatility, with the firm attributing a $923 million negative market movement in the March quarter to broader market conditions.
Results released to the ASX on 22 April for the platform show total funds under administration (FUA) rose 18 per cent year-on-year to $73.7 billion.
Following net inflows of more than $1 billion in the first half of FY26, momentum continued in the third quarter, with net inflows increasing to $598 million.
Praemium said adviser demand remained resilient, particularly in the high-net-worth (HNW) segment.
“These clients value strong governance, transparency and the ability to accommodate more complex investment structures,” the update said.
Over FY26 to date, 172 new investment options were added across the Spectrum, Powerwrap and SMA investment menus, supporting more flexible portfolio construction within a disciplined governance framework.
Spectrum recorded quarterly net inflows of $502 million, lifting FUA to $4 billion. Praemium said momentum continued to be supported by growing utilisation of alternative assets, underpinned by its in-house trading and execution capability.
Gross outflows included $175 million from advisers who had previously exited Praemium’s platforms, which the firm expects to taper over time.
In non-custodial portfolio administration, Scope+ FUA rose to $41.5 billion, with portfolio numbers increasing to 11,969. Growth was also supported by the migration of Bell Potter Private Wealth onto the Praemium platform, following the partnership announced in July 2025.
In addition, three new advice groups were onboarded to Scope+ during the quarter.
CEO Anthony Wamsteker said growth in Scope+ reinforced the firm’s position as a market leader in non-custodial portfolio administration.
“This is an essential element in our HNW strategy. The continuation of the Bell Potter Private Wealth onboarding reflects the strength of the partnership and our ability to support large, complex advice businesses at scale.”
Praemium also said its integration with Technotia has strengthened its positioning as a fintech leader in wealth management.
“Praemium continues to execute on its significant technology roadmap, investing in areas that directly support adviser efficiency, portfolio complexity and scale.”
Looking ahead, the business said it remains disciplined in managing its cost base while continuing to generate steady net inflows across its core platforms.
