First Super chief executive Bill Watson said BNP Paribas Securities Services will assist in helping the fund meet increasing regulatory demands.
“The BNP Paribas team understood our need to deal with an ever-changing regulatory landscape,” Mr Watson said.
BNP Paribas Securities Services in Australasia's acting head, Ian Perkins, said the company will provide the fund a number of custodial services, including risk analytics and performance reporting.
“We will also help First Super optimise operational processes, including investment performance reporting, minimising risks through world-class analytics, enhancing performance returns for their members and providing online solutions – all through a single platform,” Mr Perkins added.
