Macquarie, Goodman go shopping

The Macquarie Direct Property Fund (MDPF) and Goodman have bought two logistics properties in Japan.
 
The assets are worth $106.6 million and are located in Tokyo and Osaka.

The logistics sector could outperform other property sectors because of strong development returns and income growth, MDPF fund manager Richard Stacker said.
