BT Wrap, BT Panorama and Asgard have included the L1 Capital Long Short Fund to their investment platform.
The retail version of the fund, which is distributed by Channel Capital, was launched in late 2016 and received initial 'recommended' ratings from Zenith Investment Partners and Lonsec Research.
L1 Capital co-founder and chief investment officer Mark Landau said, "We are pleased to broaden our platform offering to include BT and Asgard, which enables more convenient access to our long/short fund for planners and advisers."
Channel Capital head of distribution Andrew King said there has been a dramatic increase for alternative sources of equities exposure in recent years given the macroeconomic and geopolitical backdrop.
"In times of such uncertainty, seeking solutions that provide less beta and lower volatility than an index or passive strategy is a prudent way to diversify clients' portfolios," Mr King said.
"The L1 Capital long/short fund has expressed strong capital protection in down markets since inception, lower volatility than the broader market and risk adjusted returns that have placed it amongst the best performing strategies of its kind on the globe."
