Morningstar collects and stores customer's personal information so as to provide a range of investment, educational and other publication titles.

Such personal information may include your name, your contact details (such as delivery address, e-mail address and telephone number), your gender and your banking details (in cases where credit card information is supplied to facilitate a purchase).

The main purpose for which personal information is collected is to (a) provide you with products and services you have ordered, (b) provide you with information about other Morningstar products and services, and (c) provide you with a selection of carefully screened products and services made available through third party companies.

The disclosure of personal information is restricted to (a) other companies in the Morningstar group who may only use it as set out above, and (b) external organisations engaged by Morningstar to perform functions on its behalf such as mailing operations and marketing promotions.
