Aurora set to launch IPO

Aurora Funds Management (AFM) is seeking subscriptions for the initial public offering (IPO) of its Aurora Infrastructure Buy-Write Income Trust.


Aurora Funds Management (AFM) is seeking subscriptions for the initial public offering (IPO) of its Aurora Infrastructure Buy-Write Income Trust.

The trust will invest globally in what it considers as defensive assets, such as toll roads, airports, utilities, ports and pipelines.

Subscriptions will close on December 7, with the IPO anticipated to be launched on December 18.
