Formerly Baycorp’s general manager for Australia, Mr Hobart has worked in the industry for 25 years, and REST chief operating officer Andrew Howard said Mr Hobart will be “instrumental” in developing the company’s ongoing relationships.
“This is an exciting time of growth and development for REST, and bringing on board an executive of Craig’s standing, with his depth of experience in sales and marketing for funds management, will only help accelerate this,” said Mr Howard.
Mr Hobart will report in to Mr Howard, and will be responsible for implementing relationship strategies with both REST members and employers.
Prior to his role with Baycorp, Mr Hobart was the chief executive of Yourshare Financial Services. He has also worked at Tyndall AM, where he was a managing director.
