Ms Gray will commence as chief executive of VFMC following the departure of Warren Lee, who stepped down from the top job in September last year.
VFMC chairman James MacKenzie said: “Lisa is an outstanding senior financial services executive who brings to VFMC a wealth of experience across banking, insurance and superannuation together with excellent strategic skills and a track record of team leadership and stakeholder engagement.”
Ms Gray joins VFMC from NAB where she served as group executive, enterprise services and transformation.
