CBA opens structured product

By Vishal Teckchandani
Mon 22 Feb 2010

Commonwealth Bank of Australia has launched Capital Series OzAsia, a new capital-protected investment that gives investors a choice of three investment strategies.

Strategy one gives exposure to the average performance of the 20 largest shares on the Australian market and capital growth potential of up to 50 per cent over the investment term. Strategy two is indexed to the S&P/ASX 200, with income and capital growth both dependent on the performance of the index. Strategy three is indexed to an equally-weighted basket of Asian indices and capital growth is capped at 100 per cent.
