Research firm van Eyk has hired two people to its team, including a former QIC analyst.
Research firm van Eyk has hired Ming Chen and Chris Bigg to its research team as an investment analyst and senior investment analyst respectively.
Chen previously worked at QIC as an analyst in the implemented solutions team.
Bigg has worked for Packer family-owned business Ellerston Capital and insurance company QBE.
"In the wake of the global financial crisis, the demand for high-quality investment research is growing apace, and van Eyk is responding to this by appointing analysts of the high calibre and experience of Chris and Ming," van Eyk chief executive Mark Thomas said.
