Expands sales and marketing team

Investment manager boosts its sales and marketing team.


BT Investment Management has expanded its sales and marketing team with the appointment of Lachlan Cameron and Jane Beresford to the job of senior account manager and research relationship manager respectively.
 
Cameron previously worked for Fortis Investments / ABN AMRO Asset Management, Perpetual Investments and Deutsche Asset Management in a range of distribution roles.
 
Cameron will be part of the team that is responsible for the distribution of investment products to financial planning dealer groups.
 
Beresford has over 15 years experience in finance and over the last 7 years has held a number of senior sales roles on the sell-side within the area of electronic execution.
 
Beresford most recently worked as an equities and equity derivatives broker at MF Global Inc, in New York. Prior to that she created the broker network and sold electronic execution for Lehman Brothers in New York.
 
Her key responsibility is to manage the relationship with research houses and asset consultants.
 
Both Beresford and Cameron will report to head of wholesale sales Bryce Doherty.
