RetireInvest review prompts hires

 ING-owned dealer group RetireInvest has made a number of appointments following a full-scale business review.


RetireInvest has appointed one of its regional practice managers, Joncarl la Rosa, to the position of best practice manager.

Former ING operations and IT division head of finance risk and compliance David Flynn has been made RetireInvest chief financial officer, while Tanya Joyce, previously RetireInvest dealer group commissions manager, will become operations manager.

New additions to the adviser systems team include national manager of advice systems Hamish Hockley, former Opex Consulting director, and advice manager Miles Mudie, previously a consultant.

Former Grow Member Value coordinator for the ING employer super team Katherina Van Rensburg has been appointed adviser appointments coordinator.

New customer service representatives include former ING business development manager Melissa Parente, who has been appointed adviser systems helpdesk administrator, and former ING business solutions consultant Carmela Gervasoni, who has been appointed adviser systems helpdesk administrator.

RetireInvest has also opened in eight new locations across Australia since the beginning of this year: Mosman, Shellharbour, Buderim, Wangaratta, Balwyn, Nashua, Macarthur and Holden Hill.
