Colonial First State Global Asset Management has hired a former Russell manager to lead its regional business.
Investment firm Colonial First State Global Asset Management has hired Joanna Davison as regional managing director for Australia and New Zealand.
Davison previously worked at Russell Investments, where she managed the institutional client services teams.
She is also involved in the Association of Superannuation Funds of Australia as chair of the conference and investment committees.
"Joanna has an impressive international background in funds management with a particular emphasis on leading the development of client-focused solutions, which we see as being key for the future growth of our business," the firm's chief executive, Mark Lazberger, said.
The firm has more than $129 billion in funds under management.
