WA practice wins national awards

Dealer group Godfrey Pembroke recognises Stewart Symonds & Partners with national awards.

West Australian-based financial planning firm Stewart Symonds & Partners (SSP) was recently awarded the Premier Practice Award for 2007/08, by dealer group Godfrey Pembroke (Godfrey).

This national award recognises the commitment of staff and business principals to the continual development and growth of a high quality financial advice business, the dealer group said.

SSP's senior financial adviser Sharon Greber was also rewarded the national New Achiever Award, due to her focus on continual improvement and the provision of quality financial advice.

Greber has been a big part of SSP for the past 12 years, and since her transition to the role of financial adviser 18 months ago her efforts have been outstanding, SSP business partner and general manager Garry Symonds said.

"Sharon has developed a strong relationship with her clients and continues to work closely with them to assist them achieve their goals," he said.

Godfrey Pembroke general manager Tom Reddacliff said the awards recognised SSP's focus on building a sustainable business that puts clients first.

"Stewart Symonds & Partners takes the provision of financial advice extremely seriously and believes having quality people, supported by good training, is the best way to help clients understand their financial situation, and work towards their goals," Reddacliff said.

SSP has offices in Perth, Kalgoorlie and Esperance.
