JP Morgan launches a structured investment product, offering leveraged exposure to blue chip Australian stocks.
JP Morgan has launched a structured investment product, providing retail investors with a safe haven from recent market volatility through leveraged exposure to blue chip Australian stocks.
JP Morgan's ASX 20+ Series 2 offers upside exposure to a portfolio of 20 of the largest ASX-listed stocks with capital protection, to those investors who take up the product before November 28.
The product also offers the potential to earn up to 10 per cent per annum from the FRM Diversified III Master Fund, and provides 100 per cent principal protection if held until maturity [December 15, 2015].
"With share prices at three-year lows... investors are looking to opportunistically buy into the market, but with security," JP Morgan equity derivatives and structured products vice president David Jones-Prichard said.
"The ASX 20+ Series 2 offers investors the potential to ride out the investment cycle, and to take advantage of upswings in the market over the seven-year term.
"Not only do investors have exposure to any growth in 20 of the top ASX-listed shares, but the product provides an annual income stream potentially greater than that provided by dividend payments," he said.
