Tria Investment Partners has brought on three new staff members to its Sydney team as principal Lucy Pryor departs the NMG-owned consulting firm.

Ms Pryor will leave the company to set up as a business coach, a statement from Tria explained, as three new consultants join the group.

Former UBS Global Asset Management staffer Nickola Cable has joined as a senior consultant, following 15 years in the industry in a range of strategy and consulting roles, including M&A integration.

Also joining as a senior consultant, Veronica Marques has been recruited from ANZ Wealth, where she attained experienced in advice and distribution strategy, as well as marketing and “organisational design and change”.

Meanwhile, former CommInsure staffer Edmond Cheuk has joined as a consultant in this same round of appointments.

Managing partner Andrew Baker said the addition of three new consultants at once is reflective of its strong growth figures, explaining the move will allow Tria to “scale up” to meet increasing demand.

“Our clients have come to expect Tria team members to provide deep industry knowledge as well as the people skills that allow them to act as an extension of their team. We are confident that Nickola, Veronica and Edward will further reinforce our reputation,” Mr Baker said.
